Vanessa has been in property management since 2015, when she lived in Baltimore, MD. In contrast, Dover has that small-town feeling, with the benefits of nearby Baltimore. Dover is a community of neighbors who wave when you drive by, and has perfect paths to walk your dogs and go for runs. Vanessa takes pride in building relationships with her residents, working with her team to address their maintenance concerns, and having year-round resident events. When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her spouse and pets, whether that’s at home or getting a coffee or spending the day down in Rehoboth.
